Keep is a subscription tool for organizing a household and its staff and vendors. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account, your password, and the people you invite. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
Paid plans (Familia, Estate) renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Don't use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate the rights of the people whose information you store. You are responsible for complying with local labor and privacy laws regarding your staff.
You own the data you enter. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is." Compliance information in the app is guidance, not legal or tax advice — confirm obligations with a qualified professional in the relevant country.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. ____________ (counsel to finalize).
