Privacy Policy

Keep ("we", "us") provides software for managing households and the people they employ. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your email and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider, never in plain text).
• Household data you enter — family members, staff, vendors, properties, schedules, documents, budgets.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we store only a customer reference and subscription status.
• Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To run the service for you, process subscriptions, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who can see your data

Your household data is private to your account and the people you explicitly invite, at the access level you assign. Sensitive items (staff compensation, billing) are restricted to the account owner and enforced at the database level.

4. Processors we use

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Netlify — website hosting.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@keepassistant.com. We delete account data within a reasonable period after account closure, except where law requires retention.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise them, contact us at the address above.
